Aviral Techlab Private Limited is a software company in Delhi. We build ERP, CRM, workflow automation and AI software for factories, retail chains, hospitals and growing businesses, and we connect it to the systems they already run, such as Tally, GST e-invoicing and Zoho Books.
Aviral WhatsApp Platform is our WhatsApp Business Platform product. It runs on Meta’s official Cloud API, connects through Meta’s Embedded Signup, and works next to the WhatsApp Business app on the same number.

What we set out to fix
Customer reviews of WhatsApp tools keep repeating the same complaints: support that goes quiet, billing that is hard to predict, caps that stop automations mid-month, and reports that stop at message counts. We built around those.

No markup when you pay Meta
Pay Meta directly at Meta’s own rates, or recharge a prepaid wallet in rupees if that is easier. Settings shows the per-message rates so you can estimate the bill.
No ceiling on how big a flow can be
Your plan decides how many automations are active at once. It does not limit the nodes or triggers inside a flow, so a long journey is not a paid upgrade.

New messages and assignments appear as they happen, without a refresh. We treat a slow screen as a bug, not as a trade-off.
A real CRM, connected to your ERP
Every chat is tied to a contact, lead or deal, with pipelines and follow-ups. Connectors for Shopify, WooCommerce, Zoho, HubSpot, Tally, IndiaMART and Google Sheets, plus webhooks and a REST API, bring orders and invoices in.
Your number and data stay yours
You own your WhatsApp Business account and phone numbers. Keep using the WhatsApp Business app on the same number, disconnect whenever you like, and export your data.

That is how Aviral Techlab works with every client, and Aviral WhatsApp Platform follows the same rules. You should be able to see what you are paying for, change your mind, and talk to someone when something is wrong.
- Plans are priced in rupees, with 18% GST shown separately.
- Plan usage and Meta’s per-message rates are visible in Settings, so you can see where you stand before renewal.
- Cancel your subscription, export your data and close your account yourself, from Settings.
- The API, webhooks and SDKs are documented in the open on the developers page.

Who makes Aviral WhatsApp Platform?

Is this the official WhatsApp API?
Yes. We use Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) and connect your number through Meta’s own Embedded Signup. We never use unofficial tools that put your number at risk.
Do I have to move my WhatsApp number?
No. You connect the number you already use. With coexistence, the WhatsApp Business app on your phone and the platform can use the same number at the same time.
Do you add a margin on what Meta charges?
Not when you pay Meta directly: Meta bills your WhatsApp Business account at its own rates and we add nothing. You can also recharge a prepaid wallet with us by UPI, card or net banking; wallet message rates include a small margin to cover payment-gateway and Meta-side fees.
