Bring WhatsApp to your clients, under your own brand

For agencies, consultants and software vendors. Refer a client, resell Aviral WhatsApp Platform at your own prices, or run it white-label on your own domain with your logo, colours and emails.

Ways to partner

Pick the model that fits how you work with clients

Start by referring and move to white-label when you have clients to run. Each option uses the same product.

  • Refer

You introduce a client who needs WhatsApp. We run the demo, onboard them and support them. Referral terms are agreed with you in writing, and there is nothing to set up on your side.

  • Resell

You set the price your clients pay: a markup or a fixed price on each plan and add-on, or a special price for one client. Prices apply from their next invoice, and can’t go below wholesale.

  • White-label

Your product name, logo and colour on the login page, the app and the emails, served from your own domain. Resell and white-label work together in the console, or on their own.

White-label

Run it as your own product

Everything a client touches carries your brand, and you control the price. You set it up in the partner console, with no code and no hosting.

Branding

Your name, logo and colour on everything clients see

Set it once in the console. The login page, the app and the emails use your brand, and the preview shows the result before you save.

  • Product name, logo (with a dark-mode version), app icon and browser-tab icon.
  • A brand colour from a tested palette. Every option passes WCAG AA contrast with white text.
  • Your own login headline and image, and your own support and help-centre links.
  • Emails in your words: edit the invitation, welcome, password-reset and invoice emails, and send them from your own domain.

Your domain

app.youragency.in, not ours

Point a subdomain you own at the platform. When the DNS records check out, the login page and app are served on your domain over HTTPS.

  • Publish two records: a TXT record that proves you own the domain, and a CNAME that points it to us.
  • We re-check a pending domain every 10 minutes and a verified one every day.
  • A domain serves traffic only when it is verified and HTTPS is ready, so nothing half-configured goes live.
  • A larger client can have its own dedicated domain.

Clients and prices

Your clients, your price list

Create a workspace for each client, choose their plan and invite their owner. The prices you set apply from their next invoice.

  • A markup percentage or a fixed price for each plan and add-on.
  • Make one price book the default to price every client at once, or override a single client.
  • Clients pay the wholesale catalogue price until you add a price book.
  • A reseller can’t price below wholesale.

The partner console

What you get to run your clients

One console for every client workspace, built for the people who set clients up and look after them.

  • A list of every client

See each client workspace with its plan, status and usage. Create one, invite its owner, and suspend, restore or close it when you need to.

  • Support access with a paper trail

Open a client’s workspace to help them. Support staff get a read-only view, admins can act as the user, every session needs a stated reason, and each one is logged.

  • Billing controls

Change a client’s plan, set price and limit overrides, and raise a manual invoice for work that happens outside the subscription.

  • Partner API keys

Create keys to manage your brand and your domains from your own tooling instead of clicking through the console.

  • Your team and their roles

Invite colleagues as owner, admin or support, and require two-step verification for everyone in your partner account.

  • An audit log

A record of what changed in your partner account, who changed it and when, including branding, pricing and support sessions.

Who it is for

Built for people who set WhatsApp up for other businesses

Agencies

Marketing, digital and WhatsApp agencies that run campaigns and support for clients, and want one platform to do it on, with their own name on it.

Consultants

ERP, CRM and business consultants who set systems up for clients and want WhatsApp inbox, automation and payments to be part of what they deliver.

Software vendors

Vendors whose customers ask for WhatsApp. Offer it under your brand, or build on the REST API and webhooks and keep your own product front and centre.

How to join

From first conversation to your first client

The order things happen in.

  1. 1

    Tell us about your clients

Use the form to say who you work with, roughly how many clients you expect, and whether you want to refer, resell or white-label.

  2. 2

    Agree the terms

We confirm the commercial terms with you and sign a partner agreement. Reselling the product needs a written agreement with us.

  3. 3

    We create your partner account

We set up your company in the console and email an invitation to your owner, who chooses a password and can switch on two-step verification.

  4. 4

    Set your brand and domain

Add your name, logo and colour. Then add your domain, publish the two DNS records, and wait for the domain to verify.

  5. 5

    Add your first client

Create the workspace, choose the plan and invite their owner. Add a price book first if you want your own prices.

  6. 6

    Your client connects WhatsApp

Their owner signs in on your domain and connects their WhatsApp Business number through Meta’s official signup. They pay Meta’s message charges directly, or from a prepaid wallet.

Good to know

What stays the same

White-label changes how the product looks and what it costs. It does not change who is responsible for what.

  • A small “Powered by Aviral Techlab” credit stays in the app unless we approve hiding it for your account.
  • Legal links, security notices and consent notices are never hidden by a brand.
  • Your client owns their WhatsApp Business account and phone numbers. They accept Meta’s terms and pay for messages directly to Meta or from a prepaid wallet.
  • We run and update the platform, handle changes from Meta and keep it secure. You do not host anything.

Frequently asked questions

Who can join the partner program?

Agencies, consultants and software vendors who set up or sell WhatsApp for other businesses. Start with the form: we talk about your clients first and agree terms before anything is set up.

What does it cost to become a partner?

We explain the commercial terms on the first call, because they depend on whether you refer, resell or white-label. Until you set your own prices, your clients pay the wholesale catalogue price, and you can’t price below it.

Will my clients see Aviral Techlab?

They see your name, logo, colour and domain. A small “Powered by Aviral Techlab” credit stays in the app unless we approve hiding it for you. Legal links and security notices are always shown.

Who owns the WhatsApp account and numbers?

Your client. Each client connects their own WhatsApp Business account through Meta’s Embedded Signup, accepts Meta’s terms directly, and is billed by Meta for messages. They can disconnect at any time.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Add a domain you own, publish one TXT and one CNAME record at your DNS provider, and we verify it. Once it is verified and HTTPS is ready, your login page and app are served there. A client can also have its own dedicated domain.

How do I support my clients?

You are their first contact. The console lets you open a client’s workspace to help, with a stated reason and a log of each session. For product questions, write to support@aviraltechlab.com.
