Frequently asked questions
Which plan do I need for integrations?
Native connectors, the REST API, webhooks and the Zapier, Make and n8n apps start on the Growth plan. Growth includes 3 connected apps, Pro includes 10 and Enterprise is unlimited. The website chat button, the link generator and payment settings work on every plan.
Does the Shopify app send messages from my own number?
Yes. Shopify events go through your workspace, so messages come from your WhatsApp number using your approved templates. Abandoned-cart reminders have a single sender, so a customer never gets one from the app and another from an automation.
How does TallyPrime connect?
TallyPrime has no cloud API, so it connects through Tally’s own server on your network. Talk to us about how your Tally is set up before you plan around this one.
How are my connections secured?
Zoho, HubSpot and Google connect with OAuth, so you never paste a password. API keys carry only the scopes you give them, and every webhook is signed so your system can check that it came from us.
My tool is not listed. What can I do?
Use Zapier, Make or n8n if your tool is on them, or call the REST API and webhooks directly. Test-mode API keys let you build and check an integration without sending a single real message.
