Show the product, take the order and collect the money in one chat
Share your catalog, let customers add items to a cart, turn it into an order and send a payment link for UPI, card or cash on delivery. Everything lands on the contact.
A catalog that stays in sync
Import products from Shopify or WooCommerce, with variants, and keep stock and prices up to date every few hours.
Payments Indians use
UPI, cards and netbanking through your Razorpay or PayU account, a UPI request to your own UPI ID, or cash on delivery.
Recover lost sales
Reminders for abandoned carts and unpaid payment links, and an offer to turn COD orders into prepaid ones.
Revenue you can trace
See revenue, money collected, orders awaiting payment and sales won back, for 7, 30 or 90 days.
From browsing to paid, without leaving WhatsApp
Your team and your bots use the same catalog, orders and payment links, so nobody retypes an address or chases a screenshot.
Catalog
Show products inside the chat
Keep one catalog with prices, sale prices, stock, photos and collections. Share a single product, a handful of products or the whole catalog, and customers can add items to a cart without leaving WhatsApp.
- Import from a CSV, or from a connected Shopify or WooCommerce store
- Scheduled sync every 1, 6, 12 or 24 hours, archiving products removed from the store
- Each Shopify variant and WooCommerce variation is its own product, so stock stays exact
- Your AI agent can look up price and stock when a customer asks
Orders
Every order in one place, whichever way it arrived
Orders come from WhatsApp carts, from an agent in the inbox, from a chatbot step or AI agent, from your Shopify and WooCommerce stores, and from the API. Each shows its payment status, delivery address and tracking, and the customer gets updates on the statuses you choose.
- Statuses from pending and confirmed to shipped, delivered, cancelled and returned
- Order updates sent as approved templates, with a tracking link
- GST-inclusive prices by default, with the tax split into CGST and SGST or IGST by state
- Edit an order, record a refund and see everything on the contact’s timeline
Payments
Collect with a link, a UPI request or cash on delivery
Connect your own Razorpay or PayU account, add your UPI ID, or switch on cash on delivery. An agent, a chatbot or an AI agent sends a payment link for the exact order amount, and the order is marked paid when the payment lands.
- Money goes to your own gateway account or UPI ID, not through ours
- COD customers confirm in the chat, and you can offer a discount to pay online instead
- Gateway secrets are stored encrypted and never shown again
- Unpaid links get automatic reminders, and links can expire
Recovery
Win back carts and unpaid orders
When a customer sends a cart and does not check out, follow up automatically, up to three times, with a reminder that can re-send the products. Do the same for payment links that have not been paid. Recovered sales count once the money is in.
- Choose the delay for each reminder, from 15 minutes to 3 days
- Outside the 24-hour window, reminders use your approved templates
- Recovered revenue is reported separately, so you can see what the reminders earn
Built for how Indian stores sell
The parts that decide whether selling on WhatsApp works day to day.
- Shopify and WooCommerce messages
- Order placed, paid, shipped with tracking and abandoned checkout go out from your own number. The WooCommerce plugin also confirms COD orders with Confirm and Cancel buttons.
- COD confirmation
- Hold a new COD order until the customer confirms in the chat, then tag it confirmed or cancelled, so unconfirmed orders do not go out for delivery.
- In-chat checkout
- Where WhatsApp’s in-chat payments are enabled for your account, send a native checkout through Razorpay instead of a link.
- Invoices and dues
- Send unpaid Zoho Books invoices as a PDF, and send payment reminders for outstanding bills from Tally.
- Orders from your team
- Create an order from the inbox with products, quantities and an address, send a payment link and track it from the same panel.
- Your own order numbers
- Orders get readable numbers such as ORD-000412 that customers can quote and the AI agent can look up.
- Refunds
- Refund a Razorpay payment from the order. For UPI and COD, record the refund so your books match.
- What each plan includes
- Catalog, orders and payment links are on every plan. Higher plans allow more products, and connecting a Shopify or WooCommerce store starts on Growth.

Frequently asked questions
Where does the money go?
Payments go to your own Razorpay or PayU account, or straight to your UPI ID. We do not hold your customers’ money. Razorpay and PayU settle to your bank account on their normal schedule.
Do I need Shopify or WooCommerce?
No. You can add products by hand or import a CSV. If you do have a store, connect it (store connections start on the Growth plan) to import the catalog, keep stock in step and send order updates from your own number.
Can customers pay with UPI?
Yes. Razorpay and PayU links accept UPI along with cards and netbanking, and you can also send a UPI request to your own UPI ID, which has no gateway fee.
How do you handle GST?
Prices are GST-inclusive by default. Set your business state once and orders show the tax split as CGST and SGST within the state or IGST across states.
What happens to a customer’s cart if they do not pay?
Their cart and unpaid links get reminders at the delays you set. A recovered sale is counted once the order is paid, so the report only shows money you actually received.
