One chat button per website, each answered by the right agent
A launcher on your site opens a WhatsApp chat with a message already typed. Run one for each site or brand, and chats from each arrive tagged with where they came from, so the right AI agent or automation picks them up.
Several widgets, one workspace
Add a widget for each website, brand or campaign page, each with its own look, number and message.
An agent for each site
Let an AI agent answer only the chats from chosen widgets, with the knowledge base you gave that agent.
Automations that know the source
Start an automation on a website widget chat, or branch on which widget the chat came from.
See what each one brings
Opens, chats started and chats in the inbox for the last 30 days, per widget.
A chat button that knows which site it is on
The button itself is small and private. What makes it useful is that every chat carries its source into the inbox.
The widget
A launcher, a greeting and a pre-chat card
Visitors tap a floating button, read your greeting and start a WhatsApp chat. You set the colours, position, brand name and logo, and the message, which can include the page address or title.
- One script tag. It sets no cookies and puts no API key in the browser
- Optional greeting bubble after a delay you choose, and an optional pre-chat card that asks for a name
- Opens and chat taps are counted without personal data, and not at all when the visitor has Do Not Track on
- WordPress sites can use the plugin instead of the tag
Routing
Send each website’s chats to its own agent
The widget adds a short reference code to the first message, and the platform tags the chat with the widget it came from. An AI agent can answer chats from chosen widgets only, so the shop site and the gifting site can have different agents and different knowledge. The contact panel shows which widget the person used.
- Choose the widgets an agent answers in its audience settings
- Keep each website’s knowledge separate by giving each agent its own sources
- The reference code can be turned off per widget, but then chats cannot be tagged by it
- A chat from an unknown or removed widget is simply untagged
Automation
Start a flow when a visitor writes
Use the website widget chat trigger in the automation builder: pick the widgets, or any, and run on the chat’s first message or on every message. A condition lets a flow branch on whether the chat came from a widget, so one bot can greet the shop differently from the trade site.
- Test it in the simulator by saying the chat came from a widget
- Keyword automations run first, then the widget trigger
- Limit a trigger to chosen WhatsApp numbers and accounts
The details
What you control, and what we count.
- Settings that reach your site
- Change a widget’s colour, text or logo in the console and your site follows, without pasting a new snippet.
- The first widget is the default
- Sites that already use the snippet keep working. The first widget is the default and cannot be deleted.
- Source on every contact
- The inbox and the CRM show the widget a contact came from, next to ad and campaign sources.
- Link and QR code too
- For posters, packaging and bills, create a wa.me link or QR code with a prefilled message.

Frequently asked questions
Is this a live-chat window on my site?
No. It is a button that opens a WhatsApp chat, in the WhatsApp app or WhatsApp Web, with your message ready to send. The conversation then happens in WhatsApp and appears in your shared inbox.
Does the button need cookies or a consent banner?
The button itself sets no cookies. It counts opens and chat taps without personal data, and sends nothing when the visitor has Do Not Track on. Your own site may still need a consent banner for other tools, and we leave that to you.
Can two websites use two different WhatsApp numbers?
Yes. Each widget has its own number, so a brand can have its own number and agent. The numbers must be connected to your workspace.
How does an agent know a chat came from a widget?
The widget puts a short reference code in the first message, and we tag the chat with the widget that owns the code. If the visitor deletes the code before sending, the chat is not tagged.
