Apps

Your team inbox on your phone, your iPad and your desk

Answer chats, take calls and move deals forward from an iPhone, iPad or Android phone, keep the day in view with widgets, and use the web console on any computer.

Early access

The iPhone and iPad app is in TestFlight and with Apple for review, and the Android app is in closed testing on Google Play. Neither is in a public store yet, so there are no store links: ask us for early access. For a computer, use the web console in your browser; the Mac App Store version is coming soon.

iPhone and Android

The whole inbox, built for the thumb

Work through Mine, Unassigned, All and Mentions with live counts. Assign, snooze, pin, resolve and tag with a swipe, or select many chats at once. Every message type works: text, photos, video, voice notes, documents, locations, buttons, lists and orders.

  • Internal notes with @mentions, quick replies and a 24-hour window timer that switches to approved templates
  • Messages you write offline wait in an outbox and go out in order when you reconnect
  • Push alerts with Reply, Mark as read and Assign to me, one alert per message
  • App lock with Face ID, Touch ID or fingerprint, and two-factor sign-in
  • WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger chats sit together, each marked with its channel

iPad

Sidebar, list and conversation side by side

On a tablet the app stops being a stretched phone. A sidebar, the list and the open conversation share the screen, and on a wide window the contact opens as a fourth column. Business tools such as campaigns, templates, orders, drips, comments, deals, tasks, automations and AI agents open as list and detail too.

  • Right-click or long-press a chat to assign, mark read or unread, pin, resolve or copy the number
  • Works in Split View, Slide Over and resizable windows: it follows the window width
  • With a hardware keyboard, the shortcuts below

Foldable phones

Unfolded, it is a tablet. Folded, it is a phone.

Foldables are handled by window width, so a Galaxy Fold or Pixel Fold gets the sidebar, list and conversation layout when it opens up and the phone layout on the cover screen. On Android, a half-opened device with a vertical hinge puts the list on one side of the hinge and the conversation on the other.

  • No setting to turn on: the layout switches as the window changes size
  • The same rule covers iPad multitasking and other resizable windows
  • On iOS the layout follows window width only; using the hinge position is an Android enhancement

Widgets

Know the state of the inbox without opening the app

Three widgets for the home screen of an iPhone or Android phone, and for the iPhone Lock Screen. They show counts and the latest chats, and tapping a chat opens it.

  • Inbox: unread, unassigned and assigned-to-me counts and the latest three chats, each marked WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger
  • Today: messages in and out, new chats, median first response, open SLA breaches and the broadcast being sent right now
  • Quick actions: New chat, Calls (with missed calls today) and New contact
  • iOS 17 or later for iPhone widgets; Android widgets are resizable
  • With app lock on, widgets show counts only; signing out clears them

On a computer

The web console, and soon the Mac App Store

There is no separate desktop download. The web console is the full product in any browser, and the iPad app is coming to the Mac App Store for Apple silicon Macs.

Also in the mobile app

The work you do away from your desk.

Contacts and CRM
Search by tag, list, consent and lifecycle stage. Open a contact for conversation history, orders, deals and activity. Move deals on the pipeline board and set tasks with reminders.
Campaigns and drips
Follow a broadcast as it sends, with the funnel and the failure reasons. Send a quick broadcast in three steps with consent checks and a cost preview, and retry failed messages. Read drip results and edit drip steps.
Orders and payment links
See orders, send a payment link and share the catalogue into a chat.
Calls
Answer and place WhatsApp Business calls with mute, speaker, hold and transfer, and read the call log. Calling works on numbers where WhatsApp calling is enabled.
Comments
Reply to comments on your Facebook Pages and Instagram posts, with an account switcher when you have several Pages. Comments are available after Meta review.
Analytics
The business overview, broadcasts held back by Meta, and the same definitions as the web, so the numbers match.

Frequently asked questions

Can I download the iPhone or Android app today?

Not from the public stores yet. The iPhone and iPad app is in TestFlight and with Apple for review, and the Android app is in closed testing on Google Play. If you want early access for your team, ask us and we will add you. On a computer, use the web console in your browser today.

Is the app different from the web version?

It is the same workspace, the same login and the same data, built for the phone. Chats, contacts, deals, campaigns, orders and calls you see in the app are the ones on the web, and a message you answer on your phone is marked as answered everywhere.

How does it work on an iPad or a foldable?

The layout follows the width of the window, not the type of device. At tablet width you get a sidebar, a list and the open conversation side by side, with a contact column on wider windows. That includes an iPad in landscape, an iPad in Split View, and an unfolded foldable phone. When the window gets narrower, for example a third of a Split View or a folded phone, it goes back to the phone layout.

Do the widgets show customer messages on a locked phone?

With the app lock on, the widgets show counts only, with no names, message previews or campaign names. Signing out of the app clears the widgets, and a widget whose access has been revoked asks you to open the app.

Is there an app for Mac or Windows?

On a Mac, the iPad app is coming to the Mac App Store. It runs on Apple silicon Macs (M1 or later) with macOS 12 or newer, it is the same app as on iPhone and iPad, and it is with Apple for review. A Windows app is not available yet. On any computer, the web console works in your browser today.

Are the apps included in my plan?

Yes. The apps use your workspace, so there is nothing extra to buy. Each person signs in with their own login, and seats follow your plan.
