Notifications that reach you
Native Mac and Windows notifications for new messages and assignments, even with the window closed. Pause them from the menu bar or tray.

aviralwa:// links open the right conversation in the app. Other links open in your browser.

Frequently asked questions
When will the iPhone and Android apps be in the stores?
We do not have a date to promise. The iPhone and iPad app is in TestFlight and with Apple for review, and the Android app is in closed testing on Google Play. This page will show the store badges once the apps are public. Until then, ask us for early access.
Is the desktop app different from the website?
No. It shows the same console, signed in with the same account, so chats, campaigns and settings are identical. The app adds native notifications, the unread badge, the tray icon and launch at login.
Do I need an Intel Mac version?
The download is built for Apple silicon Macs. On an Intel Mac, use the console in Safari or Chrome.
How does the app update?
The downloaded app checks for updates in the background and asks you to restart when one is ready. Copies installed from the Mac App Store are updated by the App Store.
